Wilders calls for expulsion of North African migrant rioters after Amsterdam ‘Jewish Hunt’

Geert Wilders is outraged after the disturbing Jewish hunt that took place last Thursday in Amsterdam. Today, he made a bold statement, calling for Moroccan and dual-national rioters involved in the incident to be expelled from the Netherlands, using the Dutch identity law.

He doesn’t mince words, equating their actions to terrorism. “They are just acts of terror. We must treat them as terrorists,” Wilders declared.

He didn’t stop there. “At least for that group, I would like them to be jailed, tracked down,” Wilders added, pointing out that the rule of law in the Netherlands has been utterly disregarded. “The perpetrators weren’t arrested. And no one was arrested that Thursday night.”

Wilders is firm about the next steps. “First, track them down, then try them. If they’re guilty, lock them up for as long as possible. As far as I’m concerned, they’re just committing acts of terror. We have to treat them like terrorists, take their nationality away, and then, as far as I’m concerned, boot them out of the country. That’s what we have to do.”

While acknowledging the limitations around making people stateless, Wilders emphasized that the law allows for dual nationals to lose their Dutch citizenship, a process already in practice for terrorists, especially those linked to Syria. “You can’t make someone stateless, so we’re not talking about people with only one nationality. But with dual nationals, we can revoke their citizenship. We already do it with terrorists, and the law is already in place for that,” he stated.

Wilders insisted that the Jewish hunt in Amsterdam resembled a terrorist act. “It had all the characteristics of a terrorist crime,” he explained. “If the goal is to spread fear, destabilize society, and intimidate a portion of the population, then it qualifies as terrorism. The Dutch nationality law allows for deportation in such cases, so this could all be possible. It’s not there yet, but I will fight for it.”
