French President Emmanuel Macron is planning a visit to Poland following his recent discussions with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and former U.S. President Donald Trump over the weekend.
Polish Gazeta Wyborcza and the news agency PAP reported that, according to two diplomatic sources, Macron is expected in Warsaw on Thursday, December 12, to provide updates on his conversations with Zelensky and Trump in Paris.
The newspaper noted that Macron’s trip was reportedly arranged during his meeting with Donald Tusk in November at the European Political Community summit.
PAP verified the visit through “governmental and presidential sources” and stated that Macron is set to meet with Tusk and Polish President Andrzej Duda.
