Six people have already been found dead under the rubble of a house in The Hague, where a powerful explosion occurred.

Rescue teams discovered the bodies of six individuals in the ruins of the building in the northern part of the city, where the explosion took place on Saturday morning.

According to NOS, search operations continued, and the last victim was found on Monday night. Among the deceased are a 45-year-old man, a 41-year-old woman, a 17-year-old girl, and a 31-year-old man. Due to the fire that broke out after the explosion, the identification of the victims is being carried out through DNA testing.

Rescue services stated that the search will continue until they are certain that no other victims remain under the rubble. Of the four hospitalized victims, two are in critical condition.

Investigators are still working at the scene to determine the cause of the explosion, although no official versions have been provided so far. The rubble has begun to be cleared.

It is worth noting that the explosion occurred on December 7 in a district in the northern part of The Hague, where one section of the building completely collapsed as a result of the blast. The building’s first two floors contained apartments, and the first floor housed a wedding dress shop.

Although Amsterdam is the capital of the Netherlands, all key government institutions and embassies are located in The Hague, which is also home to many international courts.
