London bookmakers have begun accepting bets on the divorce of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, with some Buckingham Palace employees reportedly confident that the couple’s marriage is nearing its end.
Rumors have long suggested that their relationship is on the brink of collapse. According to a report in Vanity Fair, Meghan even had discussions with a publishing house about releasing a book centered on her divorce from Prince Harry.
“This is a new and very interesting development. For several months now, there have been rumors in the palace about problems in their marriage. Many in the palace believe Harry and Meghan will divorce,” an insider told BILD.
Last year, Meghan and Harry appeared together in public less frequently, and when attending events separately, they seemed much more relaxed. This is also considered a sign of an impending split. The insider told BILD that if the divorce happens within two years, a 20-euro bet could win 500 euros with the bookmakers.
