Three Norwegian skiers have died in an avalanche in the French Alps

A tragedy occurred in the Savoie department, located in the southeastern part of France, where three Norwegian skiers from a group were caught in an avalanche in Val Cenis, near the border with Italy.

According to local authorities, the group consisted of seven skiers. One of them sustained severe injuries, while the other three were unharmed. Ten high-altitude rescuers were involved in the search operation.
