A horrifying murder unfolded on the streets of Saint-Seine-Denis, Paris, as 37-year-old Soufiane Ourraoui, a man of North African descent, brutally stabbed his victim 25 times in broad daylight. The attack, caught on video Monday evening, shows Ourraoui repeatedly knifing his lifeless target before casually walking away.
Police arrested Ourraoui just a few hundred meters away, recovering a knife and machete believed to be the murder weapons. Shockingly, this isn’t his first killing.
