In the Czech Republic, in the city of Hradec Králové, police are investigating a double murder that occurred on February 20.
The suspect attacked two women with a knife in a store in the morning. Both women later died from their injuries in the hospital. It has been revealed that the attacker was a 16-year-old teenager.
The incident took place around 8:30 AM in a store located near the city center. The police reported that the suspect attacked two women with a knife. Ten minutes later, about one kilometer from the crime scene, the suspect was apprehended by special forces.
The police and emergency services arrived at the scene following several calls to the emergency hotline. Unfortunately, despite the efforts of the medical team, the women succumbed to their injuries. The hospital’s chief doctor reported that the attempts to resuscitate the victims lasted around 40 minutes. Specialists were also dispatched to provide psychological support at the scene.
The police assured that the situation is under control and that there is no further threat to the city’s residents. The store where the attack took place has been cordoned off, but the rest of the shopping area continues to operate as usual. Law enforcement is currently investigating the motives behind the crime and has promised to provide further details.
