Poland to hold two-day military training for parliamentarians

The Ministry of Defense of Poland is organizing a two-day military training for members of parliament, which will take place at a training ground near Warsaw in the spring.

Deputy Minister of Defense Cezary Tomczik shared the news, explaining that both deputies and senators will take part in the training.

The program will begin with a theoretical session on the first day, followed by practical training at the military ground on the second day. Participation in the training is voluntary. “It will include shooting, first aid training, as well as a theoretical part that covers defense planning and the nature of the budget,” said Tomczik.

The training will be conducted by the Academy of Military Arts.

“The offer is also addressed to all Polish citizens as part of the ‘Weekends with the Army’ and ‘Training with the Army’ campaigns,” added Tomczik.
