Four Tesla burned in Berlin: police do not rule out political motive

In the night of March 14, four Tesla cars were set on fire in Berlin. The city police do not rule out a political motive behind the incident.

According to the local police, the fires started with an interval of about 30 minutes in different areas of the city. As a result, all four vehicles were completely destroyed, and five other cars were damaged.

Law enforcement is considering the possibility of a political motivation behind the arson. The investigation is currently being carried out by the State Security Department of the Criminal Police.

It is worth noting that in recent months, criticism of Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, has significantly increased. Specifically, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Radosław Sikorski, recently stated that Poland would seek a new satellite provider if SpaceX proves unreliable.

Additionally, in February, the facade of Tesla’s office in a suburb of Paris was sprayed with brown liquid, likely as an act of protest in response to Musk’s actions and statements.
