Car chase in Paris: 10 police officers injured

A car chase in Paris on Saturday, March 22, resulted in injuries to 10 police officers. The incident began when a driver refused to stop at the request of law enforcement.

According to BFMTV, at around 5:45 a.m., the suspect’s vehicle collided with police cars, causing injuries among officers. The driver was arrested at the scene, along with two passengers who were also taken into custody. According to police reports, the vehicle was not listed as stolen. Blood tests are currently being conducted to determine whether the driver was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

The injured officers sustained minor injuries and were taken to the hospital, but they were discharged later the same day.
