Netanyahu will visit the White House on Monday

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will visit the White House again on Monday — marking his second visit this year.

President Donald Trump will host Netanyahu at the White House, as confirmed by a U.S. administration official. This will be the second visit for the Israeli leader in 2025, after he previously visited the U.S. in February, just a few weeks after Trump took office.

Trump told reporters on Thursday that he had spoken with the prime minister and that his visit would take place in the near future.

The trip comes amid the introduction of a 17% tariff on Israel by the U.S. as part of the president’s global tariff measures. Israel has also resumed its air and ground operations in Gaza after talks over a ceasefire agreement broke down. On Thursday, Trump noted that the situation in Gaza is a “big problem” he intends to discuss with Netanyahu.
