While the ruling “Civic Coalition” bloc in Poland maintains its lead, the “Confederation” party has notably increased its support over the past month.
This is according to a survey by United Surveys commissioned by the Wirtualna Polska portal.
The survey shows that 32.3% of voters would support the “Civic Coalition” in elections if they were held soon, a figure that remains nearly unchanged from last month.
The conservative “Law and Justice,” Poland’s largest opposition party, ranked second with 28.1%, experiencing the most significant drop over the past month — nearly 2 percentage points.
In third place is the right-wing “Confederation” party, with 16.1%. This marks a 3.4 percentage point increase from January, the largest rise among major Polish parties.
Back in January, “Confederation” had 13.5%, showing an almost 4 percentage point jump. If the “Confederation” party maintains its support, it could secure 78 seats in the Sejm. The liberal “Third Way” bloc (8%) and the “Left” (7.6%) could also theoretically enter the Polish parliament, with their support levels remaining relatively stable over the past month.
