A 23-year-old migrant from Cameroon, recently arrested in Bordeaux, France, faces serious charges after reportedly stabbing a woman and sexually assaulting another on the same day.
On November 9, he allegedly attacked a woman who was jogging, stabbing her in the back. She was hospitalized but thankfully did not suffer life-threatening injuries, though emergency care was required.
The suspect, known to authorities due to a previous incident in 2023 involving the strangulation of another young woman in public, was detained shortly after the stabbing. Not long after, a second woman came forward, reporting that the same individual had sexually assaulted her.
During police questioning, the suspect allegedly expressed violent intentions, telling investigators he “wanted to slit the throats of White women.”
Authorities describe him as legally residing in France and without any psychiatric disorders that could affect his criminal liability. The incident was further confirmed by bus dashcam footage that captured the stabbing, showing him forcefully attacking the jogging victim. Currently, the woman remains under psychiatric care, while the suspect is held in pre-trial detention.
