Dutch authorities have arrested three individuals in connection with a deadly explosion in a residential building in the northern part of The Hague, which claimed the lives of six people.
The police have stated that they are investigating “all possibilities” that may have led to the catastrophe, and the arrests suggest there may have been criminal intent involved.
While the police did not specify the reasons for the arrests, they mentioned that the three individuals may have been involved in the explosion. Additionally, several cars were seized by law enforcement, though it has not been confirmed if one of them was the vehicle seen speeding away from the scene shortly after the blast.
The explosion occurred on the morning of December 7th in a residential area of northern The Hague, causing one section of the building to completely collapse. Two floors of the building contained apartments, while the first floor was leased by a wedding dress shop.
