In the United States, a man was arrested in Florida for threatening to kill President Donald Trump on social media.
According to the police website, an investigation was launched on Monday after information about threats posted online was received. 46-year-old Shannon Atkins was arrested on Friday evening in West Palm Beach, where cocaine was also found.
The police statement specified that the death threats were posted on Facebook. During questioning, Atkins admitted to writing the posts. He faces charges of spreading threats via the internet and drug possession.
