The Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic has revealed that from 2020 to 2022, Czech users of the OnlyFans platform, known as “OnlyFans creators,” earned more than 23 million euros.
However, according to the department, only a small portion of this amount was officially declared. As the platform continues to grow in popularity, attracting individuals who earn by creating content for subscribers, the number of those who do not always fulfill their tax obligations is also increasing.
The average monthly income of Czech “OnlyFans creators” ranges from 100 to 200 euros, but in some cases, the amount can reach over a million crowns per month. This highlights the significant financial potential that remains in the shadows. Despite the high earnings, not all entrepreneurs working through the platform have declared their profits.
In response, starting from 2025, the Czech financial authorities plan to tighten control over the activities of such entrepreneurs. Special attention will be given to how they submit their tax declarations and ensuring compliance with tax legislation. Czech tax authorities will monitor potential attempts to evade tax payments, which will improve tax collection in this rapidly developing sector.
