Trump again criticized Zelensky and current U.S. policy toward Ukraine

During his speech at a business conference in Miami, US President Donald Trump once again sharply criticized Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, calling him a “dictator without elections.” In his address,

Trump emphasized that Ukraine and its leader are failing to handle the current situation, stating that Zelensky is “terribly bad at his job” and that his country has been destroyed, leading to the deaths of millions of people.

Trump also pointed out that the war in Ukraine was “unwinnable” and should never have started, claiming that under his administration, the war would not have begun. He criticized the current US spending on the conflict, arguing that America is spending far more than Europe, yet does not get money back, unlike European countries, which “get their money back” through loans.

Additionally, Trump noted that despite US support, Zelensky has failed to end the war and, according to him, “manipulates” President Joe Biden. He also stated that only he himself could achieve peace with Russia and assured that under his administration, the war would be ended.

Trump emphasized that “World War III could have started if the Democratic Party had stayed in power,” adding that now the US would be able to end wars and restore stability in Europe and the Middle East.
