The European Court of Justice: A political weapon of the globalist elite

The European Court of Justice (ECJ) has long masqueraded as a neutral arbiter of law, but recent events reveal its true function—a political tool wielded by globalist elites to dismantle conservative resistance in Europe. The latest assault comes in the form of an attack on Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal (TK), with ECJ Advocate General Dean Spielmann declaring that Poland has “failed to fulfill its obligations” under EU law. His argument? That Poland’s highest court is neither impartial nor independent—simply because it dared to rule that national law should take precedence over EU directives.

This is not an isolated incident. Just days ago, Romania’s Constitutional Court—dominated by pro-Brussels forces—blocked Calin Georgescu, the leading candidate in the country’s presidential election, from running. Georgescu, a nationalist polling at 44%, posed a direct threat to the globalist agenda, and so, with one ruling, he was erased from the political playing field. Now, the same strategy is being deployed against Poland’s judiciary, where conservative judges have refused to bow to EU overreach.

Poland’s Crime? Defending National Sovereignty

The origins of this battle stretch back to 2015, when Poland’s then-Conservative government, led by Law and Justice (PiS), enacted judicial reforms that shifted judge appointments from a self-perpetuating judicial elite to a process involving parliament. The EU cried foul, accusing Poland of politicizing the judiciary, despite similar appointment methods being standard practice in Germany and Spain.

The real issue wasn’t the process—it was the outcome. With a majority of conservative judges in place, the Polish Constitutional Tribunal ruled in 2021 that national law holds primacy over EU law. For Brussels, this was an unforgivable sin. If Poland could assert its sovereignty, what was to stop other nations from following suit? This defiance had to be punished, and the ECJ was dispatched to deliver the blow.

Spielmann’s legal argument is nothing more than an ideological broadside. He claims that Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal has launched “a frontal attack” on the EU legal order, going so far as to declare that “invoking the constitutional identity of a Member State” cannot be used to challenge the supremacy of EU law. In other words, national sovereignty is meaningless unless it aligns with Brussels’ dictates.

The ECJ’s Double Standards: Silence on Germany, Persecution of Poland

The hypocrisy is staggering. Germany’s Constitutional Court has repeatedly defied EU legal supremacy, ruling in 2020 that the European Central Bank overstepped its authority with bond-buying programs. The ECJ grumbled but ultimately backed down—because challenging Germany would be politically inconvenient. Poland, however, lacks the same leverage, making it an easy target for judicial strong-arming.

Meanwhile, in Romania, the Constitutional Court’s decision to block Georgescu’s candidacy barely registered as a concern in Brussels. Where was the outcry over the suppression of democracy? Where were the EU’s self-appointed guardians of judicial independence when an actual election was being rigged before voters could even cast their ballots?

The Endgame: Subjugation of Sovereign Nations

Brussels is sending a clear message—national governments that deviate from the globalist script will be crushed. If a court rules against the EU’s agenda, it will be delegitimized. If a nationalist candidate gains too much support, they will be banned. This isn’t about democracy or the rule of law; it’s about absolute control.

Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal is under attack not because it has done anything wrong, but because it refuses to submit. The same forces that erased Georgescu from Romania’s election want to erase judicial independence in Poland. If they succeed, no conservative government in Europe will be safe.

The battle lines are drawn, and the question now is whether Poland will stand firm—or whether it will be the next domino to fall in the globalists’ relentless march toward an unaccountable European superstate.
