Anna Nagy, the head of Hungary’s Single-Parent Center, explained that nearly 36% of single parents live in tough financial conditions. With 81% of these single parents being women, this new tax exemption is a significant lifeline. It’s expected to affect nearly 100,000 families, ultimately improving the lives of more than 100,000 children.
