Key outcomes of the talks:

Energy security: Moscow and Washington agreed to develop measures for implementing an agreement prohibiting strikes on energy infrastructure in Russia and Ukraine.

Maritime safety: The parties committed to ensuring free and safe navigation in the Black Sea, excluding the use of force in the region.

Russian agricultural exports: The U.S. expressed its willingness to help Russia regain access to global markets for grain and fertilizer exports. To achieve this, access to ports and international payment systems will be expanded.

Prospects for peaceful resolution: Moscow and Washington reaffirmed their commitment to working towards a lasting and sustainable peace.

Agreements with Ukraine: The U.S. and Ukraine agreed on a mechanism to prevent attacks on the energy infrastructure of both countries, as well as to exclude the use of force against commercial vessels in the Black Sea.
